Thank you for the reminder, it has been just a couple of weeks, and the document is still not signed, but I believe we should do that this week, and the tenants will sign up this week. Therefore the security service, as you rightly point out, should cease this week. I want to say how much I have appreciated your services. I have been so impressed with your attention to detail, communication and quality, and would be happy to say so to anybody who you might want a reference. I will also of course pay for services as per the contract. In addition, it may be that I will need to renew the contract when the current tenancy is terminated. Again, it has been a great pleasure to work with you all and I am sure this is not the final dealings we will have with each other. Thanks so much
