a metal fire escape, be assaulted and they may not be able to get immediate help.
With all of our patrol officers and security staff we have safe guards in place.Our office gets the call from the alarm company and we will dispatch a patrol unit they will call in to our control center on arrival and within minutes a conformation will have been made from the officer. If this system is not followed a second unit will attend to assist any problems.
Our response unit may have a Security dog on board and maybe used for officer protection and building search. ( If you should attend the site make yourself known to the officer.)
