Without Costly Contracts.
With modern technology these day's alarm systems can be set to call any Landline Number or Mobile Numbers, you may choose. Commercial Customers may have a monitoring centre logged into their systems. Of which the call centre will call the Owner, Security Company, or the police directly.
There are No lengthy contracts.
Its' that simple like getting a top-up for your mobile.
This service is a pilot service in the RG post code area ONLY.
(If this is a success then we may roll this service out to other areas we cover.)
Open to Commercial Property and Private House Holders.
Our system is simple:
You call us to attend directly. Or you can inform you neighbour to call us. If your alarm system is not monitored.
If your alarm is monitored you monitoring centre can call us directly.
All you need to do is to register you details to our system; we will attend as long as your payments are up to date.
With alarm activations most are false. However you may have been down graded for police response, "if you have had more than three false alarm calls, or you have not attended with in 20 minutes."
The ACPO the Association of Chief police Officers states that a business must have at least 2 nominated key holders who must be able to respond within 20 minutes.

Audible Intruder Alarms.
Responding to a alarm activation can be a stressful experience and can disrupt your personal time and normally your sleep and can potentially place you in a dangerous situation. Using Security Response UK Ltd can release you of the stress and worry. Our trained security officers will respond day or night and take care of any incidences.
Your Keys are marked anonymously and kept in a secure location.
A member of our management team will be dispatched to deal with an activation.
The team member will make an internal and external patrol.
The team member will stand down and reset the alarm system.
Our trained staff will take control of and deal with any incidents.
A Trained Security Dog Unit may also attend your property.
A full report will be sent to you.
This we recommend this service if you go away more then three times a year. We have your details on our system, in the event of an alarm activation, we are able to react promptly.
Activations / Call Outs.
Extras:
For each and every call out, the attendance fee will be £17.50 per call.
Any extra time on location will be charged at £ 10.00 Per Man Hour or there part of.
If in the case of a break-in then the hourly charges will be added to the £ 10.00 a per hour or there part of.
Repairs and Boarding up.
Could be found via our office at a reasonable rate. A separate invoice from the contractor's will be payable directly to them. This will include the general maintained grass cutting, pet care walking, ect.
Pet Care Service. 
We would like you to have your own vetunary surgeon; In the event of an emergency we would use our Vet unary practice.
House Sitting Service. £ 15.00p per day. (Per day = Coming and going as Normal working couple with day to day life.) Sleeping over night.
This will cover, feeding and exercise of two dogs, several cats. This pet sitter fee will also cover light gardening, grass cutting (ride on and standard motor mowers), and all the usual message taking, keeping the house very clean, providing a Licensed Security Presence, not leaving the property or animal unattended for more than four hours at anyone time, guaranteed overnight occupancy.
You will have looked at many sites' offering a House / Pet Sitting service. Please do check if they are licensed with The Security Industry Authority, Authorised Licensed holders. (Check It Out). Do check their insurance policies. Do they have accreditations? Please don't become a victim.
You're Home and Your Pets. Are the most precious possessions
On your return home, required groceries, bread and milk can be bought ready for your arrival.

For Public Liability covers us to £ 5,000.000.
Employers Liability covers us to £ 10,000.00.
Fidelity Bonding / Loss of Keys / Use of Dogs.
Wrongful Arrest covers us to £ 100.000.
Term's and Conditions. House Sitting.
1. All pet food is to be available.
2. A registered Vet is to be in place, if the need should arise.
3. An emergency contact number is to be available.
4. All sundry castings' to the property are the client's responsibility. I.e. Water, Gas, Electric.
5. Its fully agreed that any shopping for the client will be met in full upon their return.
6. Service Payments, Booking fee of £ 25.00 is payable on any booking, non refundable, half the total fee on departure, Full payment on return less the £ 25.00 Booking Fee.
